George Smith is a South Africa-based real estate investment, management and development expert. He has been a senior executive for several major property companies and is currently the managing director of a multinational conglomerate in Johannesburg, South Africa with some two hundred million US Dollars of assets under management. He holds both an MBA and a PhD in management and has completed advanced courses and seminars in real estate and strategic negotiation at Harvard Business School. Dr. Smith has conducted extensive research into stock exchange-listed property funds and formulated a new business model on which to build a multi-billion dollar real estate company.
